How to Apply

1. Mix 4 level spoons of iCan Blondifier Bleach Powder White with 30-50 grams peroxide volume 20 or peroxide volume 30 developer

4. For relaxed, permed or porous hair, use 20 Volume Developer
5. Rinse thoroughly
